Food & Culture Tour  
 Montclair, New Jersey

Please join us September 22, 2023 for extravagant tastings, glimpses of history and a sweet finish!

The NY/NJ AACT is proud to announce the Fall Food & Culture Tour.  Bring your appetite and walking shoes for a 2-hour behind-the-scenes-tour of historic Montclair, New Jersey. Nestled in the Watchung Hills, Montclair is an upscale town with connections to historic figures. George Washington and Marquis de Lafayette, The American Revolution, Andrew Carnegie, Duke Ellington, and Thomas Edison all have impact on Montclair – one of today’s most populous townships in New Jersey. Who knew?

Discover more as we walk through the Beaux Arts and Queen Anne architecture. Known also for its top restaurants, Montclair boasts amazing food tasting combos (we’re talking, sweet and savory, with tacos, Roman-style pizza, cannoli) and make the near-impossible choice between fig walnut or apricot almond balls, and strawberry poppy meringue to round it out -- FUN!

The Tour is 1.5 miles. Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable shoes. 

Please note that the tour takes place in all weather conditions - prepare accordingly.
